How to use it

    Launch the Panel

    Simply open the Knight Online Clan Panel in your web browser. The tool is designed to load instantly, providing you with immediate access to your clan's financial overview. There's no installation required, making it quick and easy to get started with managing your funds.

    Add a Contribution

    To record incoming gold, click the 'Add Contribution' button. A prompt will appear where you can enter the contributing member's name and the specific gold amount they've added to the clan fund. Confirming this entry will immediately update and increase your clan's total gold balance, reflecting the new funds available.

    Record an Expense

    When your clan spends gold, click 'Add Expense'. You'll be asked to describe what the gold was spent on (e.g., 'Siege Scroll', 'Clan Potions') and the exact amount. This action will deduct the specified gold from your clan's balance, providing a clear record of where funds are being allocated.

    Review Your Balance and Transactions

    At any time, you can check your clan's current gold balance prominently displayed at the top of the panel. Below this, a detailed list of all recent contributions and expenses is shown. This transaction history offers a transparent overview of your clan's financial activity, helping you track inflows and outflows at a glance.

    Clear All Data (Optional)

    If you wish to start a new accounting period or reset your records, use the 'Clear All Data' button. Be aware that this action will permanently remove all saved contributions and expenses from your browser's local storage. It's useful for beginning a fresh financial cycle for your clan.

    Export/Import Data (Advanced)

    While not explicitly a button, you can often use your browser's developer tools to export or import the local storage data if you need to back up your records or transfer them between browsers. This advanced option provides flexibility for more complex data management.

Additionally, the clan recently sold a valuable boss drop. Before the siege, the clan needs to purchase a powerful siege scroll and replenish its shared potion supply. You want to use the Clan Panel to track these transactions and determine the exact gold balance available for the siege.
