1. About StatTuner

StatTuner is an independent game-analysis website that helps visitors experiment with character statistics, equipment, enhancements, skills, resistances and combat scenarios.

The website may include information relating to games such as Metin2, Knight Online, Old School RuneScape and Albion Online. Availability of a game, tool or dataset may change over time.

StatTuner is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by the publishers, developers or distributors of the games referenced on the website.

2. Eligibility

You may use StatTuner only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you.

Visitors who are minors in their jurisdiction should use the website with the permission and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, StatTuner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable permission to access and use the website for lawful personal, educational, research or non-commercial game-planning purposes.

Labels such as “source-backed”, “exact”, “mixed”, “community” or “estimate” describe the basis of a calculation. They do not constitute a guarantee that the result perfectly reproduces the game server’s internal calculation.

References to prices, budgets, values, game currency or equipment efficiency are intended only to help compare in-game options.

You remain responsible for any decision to spend real money, purchase game currency, trade an item or make changes to a game account.

6. Saved Builds and Browser Storage

Some build selections, preferences or consent choices may be stored locally in your browser using cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies.

Locally stored information may be deleted if you clear browser data, change device, use private browsing, reinstall your browser or use an available reset function.

You are responsible for keeping separate copies of any build information that is important to you.

7. Prohibited Activities

This section does not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing, normal browser use or automated access that StatTuner has expressly authorised.

8. Intellectual Property

StatTuner materials

The StatTuner name, original website design, source code, calculation interfaces, original explanatory text and original data organisation are owned by or licensed to the operator of StatTuner, except where otherwise stated.

Game names and assets

Game titles, trademarks, item names, character names, logos, artwork, screenshots and other game-related materials belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on StatTuner is for purposes such as identification, commentary, comparison, reference and interoperability. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

9. Feedback and Correction Submissions

You may voluntarily send bug reports, data corrections, suggestions, screenshots, reference links and other feedback.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StatTuner and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.

Where permitted by law, unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts and authorities of Türkiye.

If you are a consumer, this section does not remove any mandatory right to bring a claim before a court or authority available under the laws of your country of residence.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in StatTuner, supported games, legal requirements or website functionality.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted through a notice on the website.

Continued use of StatTuner after an updated version becomes effective means that your future use is governed by the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
