About this tool

Welcome to the Metin2 Loot Filter Builder! This tool gives you control over in-game item drops. Metin2 often clutters your screen with items, especially during farming. It's hard to spot valuable loot among common junk. Our builder helps you create custom rules. These rules decide what items you see and what items stay hidden.

Using a custom loot filter saves time and reduces frustration. You won't miss rare items buried under low-grade gear. The tool is user-friendly and works in your browser. Design your filter, export it, and enjoy a cleaner, more efficient Metin2 experience.

Limitations

  • This tool builds client-side filter profiles only. It does not affect actual item drop rates or server-side game mechanics.
  • The filter only changes what you see. It cannot recover items you chose to hide and then missed.
  • Always double-check your rules before exporting to avoid hiding important items.
  • The tool doesn't connect to the game server. It cannot verify item IDs or names in real-time.
  • Ensure item names and categories match Metin2's current version.
  • This tool is for Metin2, verified July 2026. Future game updates might change item names or categories.
  • Always verify your filter after game patches to ensure it still works as intended.
  • The filter cannot distinguish items with identical names but different properties (e.g., +0 vs +9) without specific quality/bonus conditions.
