About this tool

Running a successful Metin2 guild demands dedication from both leaders and members. Keeping track of who contributes what can be a real challenge, especially in larger guilds with many active players. This Metin2 Guild Donation Tracker is designed to simplify that process. It provides a clear, organized way to monitor member contributions, ensuring fairness and transparency within your guild.

This StatTuner tool empowers guild leaders and officers to easily record and manage all forms of member support. Whether it's gold donations, valuable item contributions, or active participation in crucial guild runs and events, this tracker captures it all. By summing up these individual efforts, the tool gives you an instant, comprehensive overview of your guild's collective strength and member engagement. Use this powerful data to recognize and reward your most active players, identify areas where more support might be needed, and ultimately, foster a stronger, more cohesive guild community.

How to use it

  1. 01

    Start a New Tracking Session

Begin by opening the Metin2 Guild Donation Tracker. You'll find a clean interface with input fields ready for member names and their respective contributions. This is your starting point for a new tracking period, whether it's for a week, a month, or a specific event.

  2. 02

    Add Guild Members and Contributions

For each guild member, enter their exact in-game name. Then, input the specific contribution they've made. This could be a direct gold amount, or a pre-agreed value for a donated item like a +9 weapon, a rare stone, or valuable crafting materials. Consistency in valuing items is key for fair tracking.

  3. 03

    Record Run Participation

Beyond items and gold, active participation in guild activities is crucial. Assign a specific contribution value for guild runs, boss hunts, or dungeon clears. For example, a challenging Demon Tower run might be worth 500 points, while a simpler Snakefield run could be 200 points. Make sure your guild agrees on these values beforehand.

  4. 04

    Save Each Entry

After inputting a member's name and their contribution, click the "Add Contribution" button. The tool will instantly process this entry, adding it to the member's total and updating the overall guild sum. This ensures your data is always current and accurate as you go.

  5. 05

    Review Guild Totals

The main display provides a real-time overview of all contributions. You can see individual member totals and the grand total for the entire guild. This consolidated view helps you quickly assess who has contributed the most and the overall health of your guild's resources.

  6. 06

    Export or Reset Data

The tracker doesn't automatically save data long-term. When you're done with a tracking period, manually copy the displayed results to a spreadsheet or document for your records. To start fresh for a new period, simply use the "Clear All Entries" option to reset the tracker.

WORKED EXAMPLE

Tracking Weekly Guild Contributions

The total contribution for the "Dragon Slayers" guild this week is 5,001,500 Contribution Value.

Imagine your guild, "Dragon Slayers," decides to track weekly contributions to ensure everyone is pulling their weight and to fairly distribute rewards. They've established clear rules for assigning "Contribution Value" to different efforts. Gold donations are valued at their face value. Rare and valuable items, like high-enhancement gear or rare drops, are given a market-based value that the guild officers agree upon. Active participation in significant guild dungeon runs or boss hunts is also assigned a fixed point value, reflecting the effort and time invested. This system helps the guild maintain transparency and motivate members.

FormulaThe tool calculates the guild's total contribution. It simply adds up all individual member contributions. Guild Total Contribution = Sum of all Member Contributions
  1. **XxWarriorxX's total:** 1,000,000 (Gold) + 500 (Run) = 1,000,500
  2. **MageQueen's total:** 2,500,000 (Soul Crystal) + 500 (Run) = 2,500,500
  3. **ShadowBlade's total:** 500,000 (Gold) = 500,000
  4. **HealerPro's total:** 500 (Run) + 1,000,000 (Scrolls) = 1,000,500
  5. **Guild Total:** 1,000,500 + 2,500,500 + 500,000 + 1,000,500 = 5,001,500

Original interpretation

The total contribution of 5,001,500 Contribution Value for the "Dragon Slayers" guild clearly reflects the collective effort of its members over the week. This figure isn't just a number; it's a powerful indicator of guild activity and dedication. With this data, guild leaders can easily identify top contributors like MageQueen and HealerPro, who made substantial item donations, and XxWarriorxX, who provided significant gold. It also highlights members like ShadowBlade, whose contributions were lower this week, prompting a potential check-in or offering opportunities for increased engagement. This detailed breakdown allows for fair distribution of guild rewards, informed decisions on resource allocation, and a proactive approach to maintaining a strong, active guild community.

Limitations

  • This tool operates entirely on manual input. It cannot automatically connect to Metin2 to fetch member names, contribution amounts, or participation records. All data must be entered by a guild officer or leader.
  • The tracker does not have an internal database for item prices or a system to automatically assign values to donated items. Your guild must establish and agree upon a consistent valuation system for gold, items, and run participation points before using the tool.
  • The tool is designed for real-time tracking during a session. It does not store historical data or past tracking periods. To keep records, you will need to manually copy or export the results at the end of each tracking session or period.
  • This is an external web-based tool and does not integrate directly with the Metin2 game client. It serves as an organizational aid rather than an in-game feature.
  • For fair and effective use, your guild needs to have clear rules regarding what counts as a contribution and how different contributions are valued. Without this consensus, tracking may lead to misunderstandings.
